This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund for purchases made through eJukebox.

Token Purchases

Tokens purchased through our platform are generally non-refundable once used. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

Technical issues that prevented token use
Duplicate charges or billing errors
Service unavailability during token validity period

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ejukebox.id with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Tokens that have already been used
Promotional or discounted purchases
Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Services that have been fully rendered
