eJukebox provides a smart jukebox and karaoke platform for venues and their guests. Our services include music streaming, song requests, queue management, and analytics.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by PT Ejukebox Musik Teknologi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eJukebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Ejukebox Musik Teknologi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
