These terms govern the business relationship between PT Ejukebox Musik Teknologi and venue partners using our platform.

Services Provided

We provide venue partners with access to our smart jukebox platform, including software, hardware integration support, and technical assistance.

Venue partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use our software and services for the duration of the agreement.

We provide technical support during business hours. Premium support packages with extended hours are available.

Revenue sharing arrangements are specified in individual venue agreements and may vary based on the service tier selected.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, venue access to the platform will be revoked.
